Robotics has implemented new security protocols to avoid phishing on queries and incidences assisted by phone.
The staff members with authorization to deal with VisualTime data now have to identify themselves using a PIN or personal identification number when assisting by phone. For enquiries through e-mail, only corporative e-mail addresses can be used. In any other case, your company will be responsible to grant authorization to the new contact persons.
This is part of a wider set of measures adopted to guarantee your data protection.
